"Love this hotel! Very clean, nice and high quality. The staff just makes the experience even better! Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. To mention a few names of the people that helped me this stay on a daily basis: Rilary (at the front desk, she’s the best, give her a raise and a bonus); Ferreira, Lorenzo, Samuel, Amanda & Everton (at the rooftop, they served me on the daily, even had my preferences memorized, great service); Taisa, Elisa, & Mariana(at the spa, always so warm and helpful); and lastly Giselle (best masseuse in the house)! 10/10 recommend!"
