“1. Room had a bad smell. 2. There were still dust and white debris on the floor when I checked in. 3. Couldn't make a reservation for the massage as advertised.”

“I found that this hotel was at the excellent location, close to all amenities, had a good restaurants and of course close to Copacabana beach! It was very convenient to step out and enjoy the day in the hotel’s neighbourhood. At the same time, overall it wasn’t very expensive option, it had quite acceptable price. Room was comfortable, bed was excellent, however I found it a bit more noisy than expected, you can easily hear the noises in the hallway. On the other hand, that has never happened……

“The Hotel is a trendy hotel and close to Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. The room is clean though the washroom is relatively small. The food at the restaurant was good and we tried 2 nights there. Breakfast was betting than I expected. The staff were very helpful. We left at 4:20am to there Airport and they had prepared the breakfast and coffee for us to take away. ”

“The staff was very courteous at the front desk and the restaurant. Both Joesph and Francisco were very respectful. I enjoyed their company at dinner. The room was very comfortable as well. ”
