Location is 10/10... legit right on the beach Arpoador.
Security - very safe. They are super strict after 11pm... have to show your face to a camera to unlock the door and any visitors not on the reservation have to check in at front desk and show ID/passport.
Room - very nice and modern. Clean, nice showers.
Front desk was very helpful with activities such as helicopter tour and how to get to sugarloaf and christ.
Breakfast was delicious and nice buffet.
