This bright and neutrally decorated apartment is accessed via stairs, leading you into a welcoming hallway. The spacious living room is arranged around a flat-screen TV, featuring a comfortable seating area with a double sofa and two armchairs. Ample storage can be found in the cupboards and coffee table. The corner kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a cozy bar seating area and a dining table with space for four. It has a hob, combi microwave, fridge with a freezer compartment, toaster, and dishwasher—perfect for preparing meals. You can quickly brew a cup of coffee or tea with the Senseo coffee machine and kettle.
The first bedroom on the ground floor features a box spring bed (180x200cm) with two single mattresses, bedside tables, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom offers two separate single box springs (90x200cm) with bedside tables. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a sink with ample storage space. A separate toilet is located just beyond the bathroom, and there’s also a storage room with a washing machine, dryer, and vacuum cleaner.
From the kitchen, you can access the cozy terrace at the rear of the apartment, which is furnished with a table and four chairs. If you're traveling with young children, we provide a foldable baby cot and high chair for the little ones. Pets are welcome too—this apartment accommodates up to two four-legged friends.
The dormer windows at the front of the apartment offer a beautiful view of the church and the Zoutelande coast from the living room and the bedroom. The village is known for its high dunes and long, sandy beaches. Boasting the most sun hours in the Netherlands, the beaches of Zoutelande are widely known and very popular due to the unique interplay of wind and water. This holiday rental is only a few meters from the beach. The vibrant town is a great base in all seasons. Enjoy the sun, a fresh dip in the sea, and a warm beach in summer or get a breath of fresh air in the autumn and enjoy a hot chocolate with whipped cream in one of the lively restaurants Zoutelande offers. With plenty of recreational opportunities, it is hard to be bored in this bustling town. Go shopping in the town center, stroll along the dunes and beach, or enjoy an active holiday with kite surfing or stunt flying.
Arrivals are possible every day, except on Sundays. During holidays, weekly rentals are required.Payment must be made in advance.Check-in is available from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, the house must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., and the key should be returned to the location where it was picked up.If a baby cot is available, please note that bed linen is not provided.
