Just a short stroll from your front door are the enchanting beaches, supermarket, vibrant town center, and a wide selection of restaurants.

Step inside this charming home and be welcomed by a rural, classic atmosphere reminiscent of an authentic coach house. The living room is comfortably furnished with a double sofa and a separate chair around the coffee table in the television corner. The dining table has three chairs and a stool for cozy meals. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including an induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, and Quooker to meet all your cooking needs. The first toilet is conveniently located on the ground floor.

On the first floor, you will find the bedroom and adjacent bathroom. The bedroom is a peaceful haven with a comfortable double box spring (160x200 cm), a cozy sitting area with a single sofa bed suitable for a child, and a second television for added entertainment. A spacious wardrobe, shelving space, and a full-length mirror complete the room, while bedside lamps provide both functional and ambient lighting.

The open bathroom offers ultimate comfort with a walk-in rain shower, a second toilet, and a double washbasin. For extra convenience, a storage room with a washing machine is located on the ground floor.
