On the main level, there is a large living/dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only), a TV, and a hi-fi system. The living area has an exit leading to a terrace. Additionally, there is a separate dining room with a dining table, TV, and a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a TV. The kitchen also has an exit leading to the garden. There is a separate guest bathroom on this level.
