The rooms are so cozy and well stocked with amenities and thoughtful touches that did not go missed. The staff is truly outstanding in their hospitality, support, friendliness, and knowledge. 「Being from Antwerp- this is my favorite spot to come back when I come for a personal or business trip. Tom and Karen are the best host and everything is meticulously perfect! 」

「From even before our arrival Nicolas messaged me to give information. At the suites he welcomed us and showed the suite with explanation of every amenities and also described the building history. Just amazing to live in a building from the 14th century, but with all the modern appliances you have in your own home. It is a fusion from the mediaeval times to the present day and it works like I've never seen before! Top score! 10/10」

「The location is great , close to most of the sightseeing spots, but in a quiet location! Also, this hotel itself is full of beautiful history for you to explore! All the staffs are friendly and helpful, especially, the girl in the front desk, Marianne , who help me to book all the great restaurants during my stay! 」
