“This place is crying out for The Hotel Inspector or Gordon Ramsay to storm in and shake the owners out of their stupor. There’s genuine potential here — the kind of charm and setting that could make it special — but it’s completely undermined by a burnt-out, disengaged owner whose negativity sets the tone the moment you walk in. “Room is very new and clean but very small, the toilet is extremely small. Others all good. Walk to city centre half hour but got tram No. 4 to get there.”

“This hotel was exactly what we were looking for - great location, friendly staff, huge room, excellent air conditioning especially as the temperatures hit the mid-high 30s during our stay. We found the staff really welcoming and helpful and I said so to the manager who explained the person who checked us in (sorry didn't get their name!) had only been working there for a month.
