“What a wonderful place in Bermeo! We had a view if the dry dock and water, and we could walk to everything.Parking is easy but a bit far away. Also, the apartment is a fifth floor walk up. So next time we will pack lighter, which will be easy because of the convenient access to a washing machine in the apartment.We had one small problem which was handled quickly and with great communication. The apartment was clean, and the beds were comfortable.I highly recommend this rental!”

"A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!"
