「we always have a great stay when we stay at the Rosvenil. It has become our reliable and go to place to stay when in Tacloban. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the restaurant has great food with generous portions and the staff in the hotel and the restaurant always treat us well. you are sure to have a great stay here.」

「A surprise to find a lovely hotel there. There was a Valentines dinner with a large buffet an a free cocktail. The room was large and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was fine. Strong hot water. The breakfast was filipino with your choice of eggs. 5th floor bat and snscks great」

「Pretty much everything is average as I would expect from hotels I've been to in the Philippines so far. Not the cleanest or dirtiest just average but as I have come to expect great customer service.」

「The hotel rooms are large and the bed comfortable, the bathroom clean and all the facilities work. The staff is friendly and helpful, they offer a number of snacks and drinks and the prices are civil. The only negative side is that there is no lift (elevator) and you have to climb at least 2 stories to reach your room. Luckily, staff and security are more than happy to help.」

「The staff is very approachable, professional and accomodating. Through no fault of their own, the hotel building is very rough and needs a lot of work, but the staff makes up for it by ten folds. There were definite issues with a room we stayed at, the ceiling leaked in the bathroom when the shower is on, the lock to another room stopped working, but the staff attended to our needs ASAP and moved us to another room without question. Its safe to say I had a comfortable stay there. Location is...
