"The bathroom was not exactly clean and the shower head was coming out of the wall. We understand that they are short staffed. "

"It was perfect. There is a lower ground tunnel to the two buildings i needed to go to at the Mayo Clinic. Didnt have to worry about being there at 6:30 in the morning and having trouble finding the buildings worrying about parking ect. Staff friendly and informative. Plan on stayi g there next time. Thank You"

"Pizza hut is nearby , has a washer and dryer $3 for each no change machine and was told 3-5 days for security deposit to be returned had to call today for them to manually push it thru another 3-5 days it's ridiculous "

"Breakfast was great each day. Didn’t bring a pet this time but love that is an option. "

"The pool was out of service with no notice. The toilet seat was broken. The shower leaked. The staff was not very knowledgeable upon check-in. The manager was hard to contact about reserving the conference room. Multiple messages left with no response until two days before we arrived for our 4 night stay. "
