The weekend free bike saves my days in Zurich. Trams are also convenient. Staffs are super nice. Will definitely choose this one for my next Zürich trip!

Nice hotel
Beautiful hotel with modern and gorgeous design. But there is no kettle in the room. The breakfast is not very good as well.

可能是精品酒店，房内設計比較獨特，双人房為何只有一張椅比較奇怪，房内窗簾不方便打開，因為窗户對窗户的設計，沒有私隱可言，需要長期關閉窗簾。

Cozy room with nice service
Cozy room with nice service. Very near to the tram station. The hotel provides bikes rental service, so we can ride bikes to discover the city. Nice experience.

a very good stay and worth the price
a bit away from the HB station, but you can take a 10-mins tram to the hotel. The hotel room is spacious enough, with a large bathroom. But just that they only provide the basic things in bathroom - towels, toilet paper, shower gel & shampoo, and you have to ask the reception to get the tooth brush & slippers. The breakfast buffet is a highlight as well. Worth to pay extra for the breakfast.

Take the tram, Great choice
Though the hotel is not in downtown, you can easily reach downtown by tram 3, whose stop is directly in front of the hotel. The hotel is new, and everything is great: nice staff, clean, ...... There's even hot/cold water for drink available all day. I will definitely stay here next time I visit Zurich!

Friendly hotel staff, delicious breakfast. We stayed for one night, the room with balcony is clean and trendy. 2 mins walk to tram, easy to access to attractions l.

15mins bus from city. Nice hotel.
location isn't the best but the bus stop is right in front of the hotel and it takes 15 mins to city centre. staff was helpful. breakfast was very good. bottled water was offered at the reception in the morning. sauna room area was a good place to rest. room wasn't big but comfy.

Good service and special interior decloration
In this trip, we left a bag of chocolate beside the reception area, it was suprised that they agreed repacked and sent it back to Hong Kong with a reasonable price. After two weeks, the chocolates finally went back into my hand with good condition. The interior decloration was quiet amazing and special. It was a comfortable night for my family.

Well-designed and clean hotel room
I and my wife just spent a night in this hotel. I think the price is attractive to have a well-designed and clean room in this hotel. Everything is good for me except it doesn't provide free transport to the center of Zurich.

Staff are superb and creative hotel
Staff service are superb. Been Very helpful all the time. Room are clean and creative design. Hotel location is close to the train station. So there is no problem to go anywhere in town.

有相當多的附加服務，設施完備，但空調運轉聲音蠻大聲的。雖然附近生活機能較不方便，但都有電車可以到達車站、市區。櫃台人員相當親切。

這是一個設計師精心規劃的酒店，設計得很用心，住在裡面洗澡、睡覺都非常舒服。缺點是：飯店人員說，基於安全理由，客房不提供電熱水壺，這讓每天早晚都要泡茶的我相當困擾，每次需要熱水都得到一樓餐廳去找服務生要。其次，使用一次健身中心要15元瑞士法郎，房客使用健身中心竟然要錢？！太離譜了。第三，雙人房總共只有一張椅子，一個人坐著，另一個就得站著，也是個明顯的缺點。

Nice & fancy hotel
Fortunately stayed this hotel for our last night in Switzerland. Nice front desk people, nice facility in room, fancy decoration, speedy free wifi, really enjoyed at this hotel. Althought the location is far from the central city, frequently shuttle no.4 can easy to reach central city. No need to worry about hungry in late night. Has a tasty restaurant Neni in hotel opened till 11:00. Has a supermarket Migro at crossed street to buy some supplement before 7:00pm. Small problem is breakfast is excluded in room fee. But we had well sleep lately...
