Morden and new hotel in Zurich with good services

Hotel design is Morden and new, staffs are all friendly especially reception Katherine. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived and she provide all informations that I need and as well every small little tiny thing when I give comments to the hotel, she helped me alive immediately. This is a what a professional 5 star hotel should have, as every staffs are trying to satisfy all their clients need in a good and sincere attitude. Although location is not very near city but they provide shuttle to the customers. A nice hotel, would recommend to someone who want to have good service and nice food in their ECCO 2 star Michelin resturant.

Restful and relaxing

Atlantis is on the outskirts of Zurich, but they offer a shuttle into the city center which is really convenient - you get the quiet/privacy of being away from it all, but quick access should you want to be in the city. The pool area and spa were definite highlights. The outdoor pool is staffed and you can have food and drinks there, and the setting is really tranquil and relaxing. The spa is modern and features an indoor pool, Jacuzzi, steam and sauna amenities, so honestly it's great to spend the day just taking advantage of all these great perks.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The view from our room, the exquisite pool and spa, the convenience of the location, both for getting into the city and being away from the crowds. Most of all, it is the staff who find no request too much or any challenge too daunting. I rarely say this, but I will be back one day, Atlantis. I shall see you then.
