It’s ridiculous that there’s only one self check in machine and the reception is in another hotel. The staff in the cafe is only equipped to help with basic check and directs all other operational matters to hotel Montana (where the reception is). I booked for 2 nights in 2 separate bookings which the machine and the cafe staff are unable to assist with. I then had to go to hotel Montana to explain this situation and the reception assured that there was no issues since I was allocated the same room. There was obviously an issue with the key card the next day and I was unable to enter my room. The new key card was given to the cafe staff which was unaware of the situation and had to call the reception for clarification. The check in procedure is extremely messy and badly managed. Additionally, I paid for a kitchenette, deluxe studio room (the largest / most expensive option) but there was no amenities to use the kitchenette - only a fridge and a coffee machine - no basic kitchen utensils nor spoon/ fork. Other than the location which is near Zurich HB, there are no pull factors of this hotel as the price is too steep for such a basic room that has no facilities.

Only one computer for self check in and there is a queue, not much privacy as other people can see the details you put in while checking in. Bedroom does not cater for tourist, no international electric sockets. On the other hand, luggage storage is available for the day even after check out and they have molton brown toiletries in the room.

Checking in was terrible. The worst I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. Couldn’t contact anyone. If you’re an international traveller they don’t have what’s app and only want you to call them. The cafe staff where self check in initially didn’t even assist. It’s a shame as the room was great so was the location by the train station. Shower head was also broken. All round bad stay sadly what should have been a great one night stay.

Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Hauptbahnhof Zürich gelegen. Self Check in&out. Gewisse Dinge funktionieren nicht bzw sind nicht durchdacht. Türe zur Toilette lässt sich nicht schliessen, TV empfängt nur Hälfte der angegebenen Sender, Föhn sollte nicht neben Dusche platziert werden, sonst wird er beim Duschen nass und es kann aus Versehen gefährlich werden. Sauberkeit mittelmässig.

Hôtel bien placé, à proximité de la gare et des commerces. Par contre, porte de la salle de bain défectueuse, pas de réception donc difficile de parler à quelqu’un. Aussi la femme de ménage a cogner et ouvert notre porte de chambre et il n’étais même pas 9h am.

Had a wonderful stay here with my daughter. It was priced well for how close it was to the train station and all the sights. Staff was all friendly and helpful, and the room was well equipped. We especially enjoyed the Nespresso machine, the very comfortable bed, and the soundproofing. It was also awesome to be able to use Netflix!

Perfect location and very friendly staff. Wonderfully comfortable bed. Only minus was that the room was quite dark without enough lighting. Would encourage the hotel to add some overhead lighting - perhaps dimmable track lights to allow the guest to choose the right mood. Also be advised that the outlets are all ungrounded two prong. This created a small challenge for us as we brought adapters in the usual round European grounded style but could not use them.

I do not enjoyed to have to walk in dark at night from the hotel to the parent hotel to get a bath towel. I felt unsafe . They shorted me one big bath towel. Room is too small and bed is too high. Hard to get in and out. Bath room gets wet after showers
