Had problems getting code to get to the key so we could get in. Had problem with tv, the host had us trouble shoot for 2 days, we had picture but no volume. Host kept saying will send technician, having us check mute button, check volume, switch wires from here to there. We communicated on message. After 2 days I told host it is time to get technician out. When technician arrived, the host had him check everything we were told to check while on FaceTime with host. The technician looked at my husband and I and said tv is dead. New tv was installed. No more problems. Host asked me to not post about our issues, but here I am letting everyone know. The host should have never had us do any trouble shooting. Should have sent technician out at first. Just my opinion. Apartment was clean.

This was a great place to stay. Everything was very clean and tidy. Very easy check-in process. The Host was very quick to respond. The location is very central to transit and walkable. I would absolutely stay again.

Alles lief reibungslos und ohne Probleme. Schöne Unterkunft, Innenstadt ist fußläufig sowie mit der Bahn gut zu erreichen.
