「The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage. The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. 」

Only challenge was the check-in process is really complex and required 3 separate payments (security deposit, cleaning fee, local taxes) before getting the final access details. Several days of back and forth messaging were needed leading up to the stay. Wouldn't be possible if you weren't constantly connected before arriving. 」

「The flat was very well kept, clean and spacious for a family of 4. The instructions for check-in/out were clear and easy to follow. The location was perfect to walk downtown. You can also take the tram which is quite convenient and affordable compared to uber. If you don’t mind walking, it takes 15 minutes to get from the flat to Best of Switzerland tours kiosk.
