"No phones in room to call room service housekeeping etc, iron and ironing board in a shared location on first floor - bit weird tbh, no usual amenities in room like toothbrush etc, smart tv but no Netflix app… or anyway to mirror to the tv. Just a bit of an odd hotel but good location."
