"Beautiful lobby and bar seating area. Truly appreciated the help from the staff to get a few documents printed and scanned. Well stocked room and loved the huge shower. Convenient to have a wine shop attached to the lobby and very close walk to the mall. No issues with finding a parking spot despite what others say."

"The hotel is in a great location, close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. However there are a few areas that need improvement. The hotel does not have air conditioning, which made the room uncomfortable, especially during warmer weather. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly when we checked in, leaving a poor first impression. The bar is nice, but the tall, slim female bartender had a bad attitude and was unfriendly. Improving the customer service and providing air conditioning would make this a much better place to stay."

"This hotel is in a funky location, it seemed like from the rooms, it may have been a corporate building turned into a hotel. However, the parking garage attached was very convenient and safe, and it was a short drive or Uber to the downtown area or train station. The hotel staff were very accommodating, and the breakfast was worth the price. I felt safe there, there was someone on staff 24 hours and always ready to answer our questions. Now the room, was okay. We were a little bummed they didn't have a fridge or AC, but there were some fans available and the windows did open in the room, so we were okay with the alternative. They even brought us a portable fridge to used to cool our drinks. The layout of the room was a little strange a the way the shower is set up, we had a lot of excess water on the floor after taking showers, but overall for the price and stay it was worth it."

"The property was an old cinema before becoming a hotel. It is very quirky and the cinema room on floor 1 for guests is a nice incentive. Overall the position of the hotel is excellent right in the centre of Zurich. Shops restaurants Old Town are all 5 mins away. The only negative of the hotel is the breakfast they need to change the menu daily as the same offering is served everyday which can become boring to eat."
