"Clean room, nice overhead-style shower and open shelving to prevent left belongings. We did request an electric fan to help with the lack of air conditioning during a heat wave and it was delivered promptly. Easy access to the train station and an easy walk to Bahnhofstrasse."

"A renovated old building centrally located. Very friendly, helpful staff. Nothing available in rooms, no TV, no kettle, no fridge even no air conditioning! This is a problem for summer time. They organized amenities at lobby, free tea and coffee, cold drinking water, fridge and microwave oven for shared use, free ice cream, all ok. But there is no solution for air conditioning. There is a very popular bar, very close to hotel entrance. That means it’s always very noisy at night. A negative point for families."

"Extremely small room. Be mindful of the corners of the bed they extend from the mattress and have sharp edges. The bed is lodged in the corner with the only place for luggage on the opposite side. I did some major damage to my shin getting my luggage to the opposite side."

"This is a great affordable place to stay in Zurich. The hotel does not have air conditioning (as stated in the website) They provided fans instead. The bathrooms are outside the rooms but they are super clean, They have elevators. There is access to public transportation not too far from the hotel. The staff is super friendly and they speak English. We will definitely stay here again. Our room had 3-beds. It was very spacious and it had a balcony where you could sit and enjoy the view of the plaza and the children playing outside. It was very lovely."
