「Has great potential. Location is great! Communication to concerns was good. Shared front entrance where lock box were kept was trashy. Unit was no frills and transparent in posting. Could use fans for 95 degree interior. A welcome book with how to turn on gas stove would be helpful. Had to call to get gas turned on.」

「Seemed clean enough, but issues with smell when we first got there, as though moisture issues or possibly justclosed up for a long time. It was great to have laundry facilities, but it was good we brought a headlamp as there was no lights in the laundry room in the basement. Location was convenient to transit , area felt very safe. Time to update beds though as they were very hard and uncomfortable.」

Located in a quiet neighborhood, nearby to plenty of dining options, and walkable within 15 minutes to the main area near Lake Zurich. The accommodations were very spacious and airy, clean and comfortable (2 bedroom luxury apartments). The private rooftop veranda was a nice bonus when not raining. Trams pass in front of the apartment making for additional ease in getting around. Train station was a 12-15 minute very easy/flat walk...
