Charming and quiet studio in the old town. Steps to shopping, fine dining and bars. Just around the corner from the Kunsthaus museum, a 10-minute walk to the lake (Bellevue) and a 5-minute walk to the city river Limmat through the old town.
The flat has a double bed, perfect for 2 guests.
The apartment is fully equipped, you have a small kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. Wifi / cable TV is included and there is a washer/dryer in the building you can use.
Smoking is not allowed in the studio apartment, however you have access to the romantic court yard.
You have the studio apartment to yourself. If you have any questions, you may of course contact us. But we won`t keep you from enjoying your holiday in Zurich.
Very quiet and lovely neighbourhood, next to the historic old town of Zurich, 300 meters to the art museum Kunsthaus. The apartment building was last renovated a few years ago.
If you walk through the old town (5 minutes) you will arrive down at the riverside where you have the tram in both directions Bellevue or Zurich central station.

Latest check out time is 10 am.
Make yourself at home, all we ask is hat you treat it as you would your own. There are other tenants in the building, please don`t disturb them with loud music, etc.
The apartment will be cleaned after your departure, but please tidy up before you leave, i.e. clean the dishes, dispose of food. And please take out the trash - the container is just in front of the building.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, you are welcome to enjoy your cigarette outside on the balcony. An ashtray can be found in one of the kitchen cabinets.
No pets unless agreed with us prior to booking.
Please note there is no shampoo, conditioner, cream and soap. Towels and linen are provided.
Right, and finally here`s the fine print:
The apartment and furniture is handed over in working condition and duly cleaned. The guest agrees to report and pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items. In the case that a key is lost, the guest agrees to pay for the change of the lock(s).
