「Very good location and nice hotle 」

「What a terrible location this hotel is in. The entrance of the hotel faces on to a warehouse area. Awful!! The rooms were unbearably hot with no aircon available. The staff were kind and helpful and delivered a fan to our room but this did not help. The shower area has absolutely no privacy and looks directly onto the bed area. The TV was not working either.」

「早餐可以的話就出外面餐廳食， 房間整體都乾淨企理，為一就是天花板有蜘蛛網。」

「The hotel location is very good. The room is clean and cozy. Staffs are helpful and friendly.」

「距離Zürich HB只是步行8分鐘左右 Online自助check in之後會給你一個 密碼登入大樓，電梯及房間。 不過我不幸地，他們給我的密碼不能使用，要聯絡客服，大約半個鐘才有新密碼進入電梯，上去房間。 酒店設計modern and clean, 有廚具， 而且樓下便是supermarket! 非常方便! 」

「This was a disastrous stay. Despite the premium prices this hotel charges, their maintenance is diabolical. I had to call various staff 4 times before they fixed the portable air conditioner in my room. This ranged from not informing us that the aircon would stop working if it filled up with water to the outlet pipe repeatedly falling out of the window vent. On the fourth complaint, the front office assured me it would be sorted out while I was out for the day. We got back to our hotel at...
