“The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. The hotel location was also very convenient.
However, the housekeeping could be improved. I only found out that the body wash had run out when I was taking a shower. There was also no absorbent bath mat provided in the bathroom, which made it inconvenient after showering. The hair dryer looked quite dirty, so I did not feel comfortable using it. The room also felt a little dusty overall.

“My first time to Zurich. This is a super nice hotel. Park Hyatt never give you disappointment. The check in staff was super friendly. And the room was very comfortable. My best sleep ever in a hotel room. Hotel staff are super friendly. Good location. Cannot find anything I didn’t like about this hotel. ”

“This was a disastrous stay. Despite the premium prices this hotel charges, their maintenance is diabolical. I had to call various staff 4 times before they fixed the portable air conditioner in my room. This ranged from not informing us that the aircon would stop working if it filled up with water to the outlet pipe repeatedly falling out of the window vent.
