"We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was so nice and friendly. Hotel was beautiful and at a great location. Didn’t have their breakfast but coffee and cocktails at the bar were great. Definitely would stay here again and at their other locations."

"We were a family of four (two kids) and booked the junior suite. It was perfect for us. Two rooms with a king bed and a sofa bed that was actually comfortable. The two rooms had a solid privacy divider. And there were two full bathrooms as well, which I did not know when I booked. The best part about the stay was the service. The staff really goes out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable. The location can't be beat either, being right next to the main train station and Banhofstrasse."

"It was a very nice stay. Rooms were very clean. The staff were amazing and friendly. Only downside is the lack of AC as the rooms got kind of stuffy, even with the windows open, and there was no fan in the bathroom so it got pretty humid. Other than that 10/10"

"Pretty spacious room for 1 person. Has a mini fridge with some free drinks, a kettle, espresso machine, nice shower. Very close to many grocery stores and junction bus/train station. The checkout was very easy - just return the keys(they took the city tax automatically) I didn't like the big room key and the complex lights switches(one of them kept on turning off automatically. Recommanded for bundget travelers."

"Clean quiet hotel in the centre of Zürich. The check in was quite easy. Took time to read the instructions but once you follow the steps its easy. The room was quiet, windows block outside noise. Couldn’t figure out the AC but otherwise it was perfect for the price i paid. And location is very central, close to the Station"
