The staff and the manager (Marcus) were great in providing us with excellent service. Even when the heater was not heating the room as expected, Marcus was nice enough to give us 20 percent price adjustment.

This is an ok hotel, the best part is the location because it’s so close to the canal and lots of restaurants. The rooms are a bit strange in terms of design but the biggest concern is with the cleanliness. I watched a cleaning lady clean basically everything in the room next to the theatre with the same cloth and we had stains on our comforter.

Beautiful hotel and fantastic location. The hotel is nicely designed and really cool. Love the movie at 8 every evening. Room was gorgeous too (but missing a fridge unfortunately). Other than that, perfect location, beautiful hotel, great service and food. Highly recommended
