The room cleaning was not good because we found some hair on the mirror and lots of finger prints. Breakfast, receptionists are good. Basically I recommend this hotel because of the location and friendly staffs. They also allow us to put our big luggages in the luggage room when we went to Interlaken.

The hotel is located near the train station with an acceptable walking distance. The room is big and clean. The breakfast is satisfactory. But the price is a bit higher than expected.

A short but satisfying stay
Minimalistic but warm, that's my first impression when I enter the hotel. I particularly amazed with the buffet breakfast which provided very fresh food, for example, the salmon was cold and incredibly fresh and won't leave you feeling sluggish afterwards. My husband and I washed everything down on our plates with two cups of freshly brewed coffee. With its convenient location, the hotel is definitely a good place to stay in Zürich.

Hotel staffs are helpful and friendly. The location is only 5 minutes walk, without carrying luggage, to the Zurich HB (main train station). The small alley behind the hotel (less than 1 minute walk) is a restaurant and bar area, so the midnight may be noisy due to drunk people.

Very close to the Zurich HB station, about 5-10 minutes, which is easy to find. We stayed 2 nights, one in Standard room and one in Superior one. But it seems that Standard one is much spacous, cleaner, more comfortable and with stronger air conditioning. Breakfast was okay without too many choices. My wife found that she left one of her clothes in wardrobe after check out and the manager/ assistant of the hotel was very helpful that they mailed it back to us. I would still choose this hotel if I go Zurich again.

Nice hotel with great location
Hotel is at convenient location, few minutes walk from the station, and there is a supermarket and stars buck nearby. Stuff is helpful and friendly too. The room I am staying is nice and quite new. Breakfast is standard one and the waitress is friendly too.

交通很方便，但是沒冷氣
單人房的房間大小還可以，可惜沒有冷氣，有個暖器可以調低溫度，但是有很大的聲音，飯店說全部房間的都一樣，非常吵，我後來跟櫃台要了風扇開了窗戶，這樣才解決，很大的缺點，並且電視需要付費才能用，另我missed world cup... 除了這些外期他都很好，早餐沒有熱食是比較失望的，晚上時附近有許多酒吧和年輕人，須注意一下。白天時就會覺得交通方便，後面的街有很多餐廳和酒吧，還有中式餐館，星巴克，coop超市跟車站大概3~5分鐘就到了

The hotel is really close to Zurich HB which makes it really easy to go around Zurich as well as any tours from Zurich. Area near hotel has tons of restaurants and shopping. Rooms are decent. We had a problem with our bathroom drain which caused a lot of spillage. Staff tried to help but kind of punted that it can be cleaned and fixed next day only. This was disappointing and we had to make do with towels on the floor to clean up. Seems like they don’t have much housekeeping staff beyond the day time.
