Hotel was good for what we needed, room was fine and clean. Check in and out was easy. It's located in a bit of a lively area (there is a bar directly opposite that is open all night for example), so we did have to keep the window closed to shut out the noise. Also the main Langstrasse is a bit salubrious, although we didn't feel unsafe. Although the hotels location is a convenient walking distance from the train station + main parts of the city and the Coop supermarket across the road was handy.

Front desk manager very helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were good. Towels are smaller and not new but did the job fine. Great showered pressure and water temp. Easy walking to/from. Only complaint was the "fragrance" used in the hallways. Very sweet and overwhelming.

Nice place to stay

The hotel was very nice. Close to the central train station. Breakfast was yummy. Great sausage pretzel restaurant/bar across the street. The beds were perfect and there was plenty of space in the room for luggage and walking around.

Staff were welcoming and a convenient spot close to Zurich HB station within walking distance. There is a cooler rather than AC but it did the job despite the hot weather. The fridge isn’t that cold which isn’t ideal but fine if you’re patient for drinks to get cold. The area isn’t too bad either. Not too fancy but not run down either per se. Overall it’s great value given the location and not much to complain about. Thanks to the staff for taking care of me.

The people are very nice , very helpful I have nothing but praises for the whole staff. It is just 10 minutes walk from train station. There is a lot of dining options in the area.

Great hotel with paid car park

Trip In was perfect for us. About 20 mins walking from Zurich city. The hotel was clean and has paid parking which was key for us as we had a car. The staff was very professional and helpful.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. But be aware that it is located in a red light type district which is not ideal if traveling with kids. Also it can be loud at night as it is very close to bars.

Our room was just ok. It was very noisy outside at night so had to shut the window, mobile air conditioning unit far too loud to have on at night so our 4th floor room was baking hot as we slept! The room and bathroom size was tiny and the shower drain smelt awful. No kettle to make a cup of tea. Bed was comfy though and staff were all friendly and welcoming.
