Beautiful place but some issues

We loved our stay. And the houses and especially the boat dock were really nice. But the check in process was strange and the owners had so much of their personal things that we didn’t have access to the dressers or full use of the refrigerator and no access to the freezer. It was full. It felt like we we were intruding their personal space. The upstairs TV’s never worked and the master bedroom A/c broke the night before we left. The light system was very complicated and we were afraid to push the wrong buttons. We really enjoyed our time there but there were some issues
