“Clean rooms, helpful staff”

“Horrible don’t bother! Took 45 mins to get a code to get into my room. Spoke to an elderly couple who said it took an hour and a half for them to check in! LISTEN! There is NO Staff On site! No one to help you with anything you might need, including no ice machine! When I finally Made contact with a live person over the phone. They insisted on a $50 dollar deposit before they would give me my room code! For what? They have zero amenities, no room service, nothing to purchase in room?! Big issue……

“Don’t be deceived by the exterior, it’s a history property. Inside it’s much more updated. The rooms themselves look great. Breakfast is present but nothing to rave about. Rooms have temporary portable a/c units, pretty loud and have issues evenly cooling units. There is no elevator. Pool has been down this year with leaks. Hot tub is fed from the mineral spring and an experience but temperature control of the hot tub is lacking. Just as an fyi, due to the mineral springs there is a sulfur……

“They have updated an old strip motel & it looks good but the mattress was shot, low spot in the middle & tv wasn’t working. Asked manager about it & she said she had a Dr appointment but would get to it later, didn’t happen. In retrospect should have paid the difference & stayed at Best Western.”

“Rooms were nice and clean. Great spot for the price. Only negative, is the ice machine was unavailable after approx 730pm”

“The rooms are updated, bathroom very clean, bedspread with some mild signs of wear, but clean, sheets clean and fresh, no negative odor. Halls, carpet appears dated, dirty, stained, walls and door dinged, scuffs. Staff friendly. The most important part was the rooms and they were totally fine ”

“Amazing house that was excellent for our family. We have campifires and a cook out, everything we needed was provided and the kitchen had food staples. Awesome experience, would definitely stay again!”

“The town was stinky. Maybe there are ranches around, but we could smell it in our room. It would be nice to have the A/C on before we got there. It was 105 degrees that day.”
