“room was clean staff was friendly and helpful. check in was 4:00pm we arrived early (1:00 pm) and checked to see if maybe the room was ready. It wasn't but they provided us a pass to the pool so the we could enjoy it while we waited and also took my number so they could let us know in case the room was ready (which it was) before 4:00 pm”

“The value was great, the parking and breakfast was a block away. The breakfast was an all you can eat buffet free, and the parking was free. Rooms could use update on decor. Because of the high humidity, right on the beach, you have to set A/C to the lowest temperature otherwise the room felt very damp. We had an ocean view with a kitchenette which helped us for our Sabbath stay. Minor maintenance needs could be seen , concrete ceiling paint chips, missing switch for a standing lamp. All staff……

“Our room was clean upon arrival. However, there were 4 of us, we took it upon ourselves to straighten the sheets every day, but the maids did not straighten what we had done or change the linen the entire time we were there. We were there 4 nights, not sure if this is new Hilton policy on water conservation but for $425 a night it was expected. They only emptied trash cans & left fresh towels. Then had a tip QR code by the bed. The view is nice. Breakfast is ok however with the amount……

“The atmosphere was amazing! The only thing that I was surprised by...the slide for the kids wasn't open and it was at the end of May. The Hotel is very conveniently located near some wonderful restaurants and shopping so we stayed very busy and wish we could have stayed longer to try out more things. We spent every morning on the beach and every afternoon at the beautiful pool in a cabana, then a different restaurant every evening...such a wonderful time!”

“The traffic at the peak check in horrible They literally decided to direct me into the parking garage for me to fend for myself getting all my luggage in myself as opposed to driving to the check in area for assistance with my luggage; not something I would expect of a resort.it was hot, garage full meaning I would have to Park at an upper level without the assistance of a luggage rack; they need more help and a better system; makes me think twice on whether I will go back to the Hilton; the……

“the room was clean ,the staff was very good, the room was stuffy (very humid)and right in front of the a/c units, water for shower wasnt hot and last day we didnt have any hot water..none! ocean front view was perfect,but the room was very overpriced!! oh yeah..the host at the front by the door tricked us into a timeshare presentation that she said was 90 min ended up being over 2 hours even with the freebees it was a gross misrepresentation and a complete waste of valuable time!!”
