“Lovely out of the way spot with a wonderful breakfast”

“The room could have been cleaner floor was dusty. Parking was a bit of a challenge. The bar and restaurant were full therefore no parking for guests. Staff were friendly. Check in was also a challenge as we had to find someone that could check us in. Breakfast was delicious. ”

“We had a great stay at the Palm (1 night). Location is excellent, right along the main street facing the water. Several restaurants and shops nearby (including restaurant and bar in the Palm). Nearby activities such as the walk around and up the little mountain, and strolling the promenade. Was about a 10 minute walk from the train station. Room was clean and spacious. “The spa was marvelous. My husband and I spent nearly 2 hours moving from steam room, to pool, to sauna, to pool, to hot tub, to heated lounge chairs. Complementary robes and non-slip shoes. “The room was okay, it had a bad smell (I think it was the carpet) but we got used to it. There was only bath towels, no hand towels. The view was amazing. The restaurant downstairs was amazing. We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel, and more in the surrounding area, so that smell did not take the score down too low :)”
