「This resort was an enormous disappointment and felt like a complete misrepresentation of what was advertised. The beach was one of the biggest letdowns there was very little actual beach space, and it was not swimmable, which completely undermines the vacation experience. The pool chairs were extremely uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was dreary and uninspired. Everything was beige and generic, with the feel of a Midwest airport hotel rather than a luxury Caribbean...

「I’m pretty sure I paid for a newer upgraded room, but I wasn’t in a newer room. The property really needs an update. The pool was the best part. If you’re not in the hotel all day long then don’t worry about it, but if you are going to stay in the hotel, I would look at other accommodations.」

「This was the best hotel stay we have ever experienced. Upon arrival we were greeted with the friendliest reception staff. The entire week that was carried through with every staff member we encountered. Our room was very clean and daily housekeeping kept it sparkling all week.
