「Outlets not working. Staff nowhere to be found. Room was hidden in a breezeway.」

「Staff are friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, and comfortable. I stayed with my pet, and everything went well. I would absolutely recommend it!」

「The electric plug would hold my cord, kept falling out, Toilet paper roll was nearly empty and room stunk when we first walked in. Staff didn’t talk clearly and didn’t dress in business attire. Breakfast, the only thing we used was the coffee. Was able to only get one cup of decaf and then nothing but colored hot water. The coffee didn’t taste good at all, so we went elsewhere for breakfast.」

「The staff did not believe I was disabled. Even though I booked an accessible room, they did not want to give it to me. Bathroom had a smell that I could not get rid of. Shower would not drain. I will not be staying here again.」

「I did not like the fact that I could not get a refund or even a partial refund. We were coming from the Tulsa, Ok. area but, could not make it due to circumstances beyond our control out on the road that put us way behind ( weather, primarily TWO wrecks that brought traffic to a standstill for long periods of time ).」

「We did not have a good experience here. To start we were double charged for our room (unfortunately almost everyone in our group was). Our room was not very clean, we noticed the floor was wet when we first came up and we chalked it up to the room just being cleaned but the next morning the floor was still wet and then we were done the entire day and came back and the floor was still wet. It was like humidity or something in the room and honestly you could smell it. I went down to get a new room...

「Staff was friendly and helpful. My room had trouble cooling but it was very hot out and understandable. My door wouldn’t shut tight unless pulled very hard and body wash was empty upon arrival. Otherwise the breakfast and 24/7 coffee was wonderful and I loved the seating area in the lobby to meet one on one for my work travels.」

「Some type of renovations going on and store room had lots of construction materials in it. Lots of people hanging around outside. Room was fine just a little older. Ants in room. Went to front desk and they said they were booked so I couldn't switch rooms. They gave me a can of ant spray.」

「I enjoyed my stay at this property. The beds were very comfortable. The room was quiet and cool (its July at the time of this review). The location is safe and there are some nice eateries within convenient walking distance.」
