「All in all, the overall experience is a pleasant surprise in this 2-1/2 star hotel. The room was bigger and the level of cleanliness was better than expected. The coin-operated self-serviced laundromat on the floor was an added pleasant surprise. If there is an need in the future for a hotel room in the surrounding area, this hotel will be my priority choice.」

「The suit was roomy and clean.The complementary breakfast has variety of ingredients to make a good breakfast. We didn't like the low light level in a lobby, crowdness and a smell of old carpets in the lobby, though....」

「Outside of this hotel is horrible! Weeds all over, cigarette butts everywhere very used and abused looking. Rooms were ok clean but definitely could be better, stains on the chair, leftovers in the fridge and the floor around the toilet needs more scrubbing. If this hotel wasn’t so close to our venue for the weekend I probably wouldn’t stay here. The staff was super nice and helpful!」

「I want a refund! The hotel was fine. The room was fine. The amenities were fine. The host was terribly overworked only one person for that large hotel. The only problem was the phone didn’t work so I couldn’t call the front desk. The TV didn’t work so that’s why I had to use the phone. I want a refund. So I walked my lazy butt down to the front desk and watched how overworked the one person was. Since she was overworked, I waited for her to finish with other customers told her my problem we...

「Clean property, friendly staff, and a nice restaurant with good food and service.」

「Our room was clean and quiet ; we asked for it to be scent free for my husband who gets migraines from room fresheners, oils, perfumes etc, and also asked for additional pillows and they honored our request. Breakfast was minimal but just fine for our needs. The open area downstairs was very comfortable for visiting with our friends after breakfast who were also guests at AmericInn. The location was perfect for our stay.」

「The hotel is not as shown. Rooms are old and worn. The bathtub/shower combination was dangerous as the tub bottom was smooth. Easy to slip and fall on. Not very good for seniors that travel.」

「Did not like the parking lot. The hallways to the rooms were very narrow. If you let the room door close on its own it’s very loud. They had a power outage from 11 PM till 4 AM. I did not sleep well.」

「I know this will sound excessive but none of this is an exaggeration. Upon arrival, the parking lot had cavernous potholes. This building should have been torn down long ago. When we arrived, we had to wait ten minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. I have a mild handicap that makes stairs difficult. No elevator and my room was on the second floor. The key would not work in the lock. The bed was the cheapest and most worthless I have ever seen. I do not have back problems but it took...
