「スタッフのサービスは凄く良かったし、無料の朝食がついているのもかなり良かっかです。ただお部屋はタバコの臭いが滞在中ずっとしていましたし、トイレの水回りと便座が使えなくはないですが、改善が必要だと感じました。立地条件も良く直ぐに移動の乗り物に乗ることが出来ました。また、アッサンソールに来た時には利用したいと思いました。」

「The overall ambience is good. Staff is very polite and good. The hotel, I was told is under renovation. Hence, it had no rooms for drivers, which was a negative. Also, had to sweat for one night since the electricity went out and there was no fuel in the generator. The room was cosy and amenities in the room were good, though the bathroom seemed a bit cramped. The food is great, bar is well stocked and the overall decor is pleasant, room service is excellent. 「The property is new, so the facilities were very clean. However, the lights in the guest rooms and outside the door are very harsh and garish. Softer lighting will improve the ambience significantly. The bathroom set up can be improved, for instance the height of the towel rack must be reduced for ease of use and the water drain is very rudimentary, which can be upgraded. The food is excellent and the staff takes care to cook local cuisine, which is very commendable.」
