“The property is a large antebellum mansion plus a couple of cottages set among ancient live oaks in the countryside about 15 minutes from the historic center of Natchez. It is nothing short of spectacular. The owner and staff are lovely ladies in the Southern tradition (even if they are transplants from up north.) “They are in the middle of renovation, so things weren’t perfect. The bathrooms are hopefully part of the renovation. They were fine but not excellent. The bathroom sink faucet is so close to the counter, it’s hard to put your toothbrush under the water or wash your hands. The tub needs good caulking. Staff was very friendly, helpful. Beds slept great. Parking was good. It was very convenient to restaurants, gas, stores etc”
