「Very nice clean modern room, staff were helpful although limited English speaking on reception at later check in time. Breakfast was fantastic. Pool looked nice, although too cold for us to try and use. Limited utensils in room however, need a few more. Too far out of Varna City, had to get taxi's everywhere. One restaurant in walking distance but was out of season so limited opening hours. Same for hotel on site restaurant in the evenings. Supermarket just down the street which was very...

The location is perfect, the room has a sea view, the furniture is new, everywhere from the lobby to the rooms smelled very clean. 「The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. The older family member and one slightly injured person couldn’t walk upstairs. We also has a baby and the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn’t an ideal solution. There were no other rooms to be switched too. On the other hand, the other lady accompanied by her children was always nice and tried to accommodate us as much as possible.
