“The staff were an absolute delight. So helpful and very happy to help us with any questions and suggestions. The morning breakfast was amazing. Again, provided by a very attentive staff. A beautiful facility in a lovely town. Close to the Powerscourt estate. We called ahead about parking which was no problem. Emma suggested Johnnie Fox’s for an authentic Irish dinner. Amazing!”

“We love the Rochestown Hotel in Dun Loagherie. This is our second year in a row of using it as a home base near my aunt and uncle. We also love being within walking distance of Forty Foot beach access and the ability to swim with other open water swimmers.
This is the cleanest hotel we have stayed in for along time. We were on a 20 day vacation and stayed in over 10 places and this is by far the best place we have been this year. The bed was comfy, the room very clean and spacious,……

“We have stayed at Clontarf Castle several times, usually the day or two before we fly home to the USA, since it is near the Dublin airport. The Clontarf neighborhood is a lovely part of Dublin, with good transit downtown. It is also near many interesting places that are within about an hour's drive or less north of Dublin, such as Malahide Castle and town, the Newgrange prehistoric passage tombs (get tickets in advance), and the Monasterboices monastic site with its famous high crosses. ……
