“Our room was dirty. There was visible mold on the bathroom walls and ceiling. The carpet and pull out couch were stained and dirty. My son slept on the pull out couch, so I requested extra bedding. The room phone did not work, so I went to the front desk three times over about four hours before receiving the bedding. The customer service was very poor. Two or three times I went to the front desk, nobody was there and I had to go out to the parking lot to find them. Each time, the employee was……

“First, I thought I booked a king-size bed, but we ended up with a queen-size in a very small room. Your site said there was an elevator but we got there to discover it wasn’t functioning. I managed the stairs, but I do have mobility problems and was frustrated there was no elevator. We didn’t mind the policy of no shoes, but the mat in front of the door was wet from rain, and we ended up with wet socks. The hostess was nice and the breakfast was delicious but we’re overall disappointed in the……

“My card was charged for the full amount of the stay although I had already payed online. The ice machine was down on floor, there were not enough towels, and whom ever was staying above me allowed their child/children to run, and stomp through the floors.”

“.We stayed at Dunleith Inn for two nights while visiting Natchez and came away feeling disappointed, especially given how much potential this property has. The historic home itself is absolutely beautiful, and the grounds could be spectacular. That’s what makes the experience so frustrating. It feels like very little has been invested in maintaining the property. The fountain wasn’t working, the pool was dirty enough that we didn’t feel comfortable getting in it, and many of the outdoor spaces……

De eigenaresse is een warme en actieve vrouw, die vol energie in de keuken staat en zelf de prachtige tuin onderhoud. De ontvangst was fijn en we kregen een uitgebreide tour door het huis. De villa is centraal gelegen, met voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Het ontbijt home made en heerlijk (we hebben in de middag nog genoten van de meegekregen stukken appeltaart).”
