“Pool was closed do to renovation”

“I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.”

“Loved my stay here. Front desk was so kind and helpful. Staff was wonderful. Very clean! Just wish there was weights in the fitness room but asides from that I loved my stay. 5 stars.”

“The people seemed nice and pleasant enough and let me know that it is not a fancy place. I would recommend they stay at this property if you are very tight on cash and a solo traveler. The listing says there is a pool and it is an empty hole. It says there is a fitness room and good luck not getting injured on this equipment from 1980 that doesn’t work. I’m not trying to be mean I’m just telling the truth so expectations aren’t high or what it claims to be. The owners did say that they are new……

“Upon interning the property we thought our stay was going to be nice! Then upon interning the room the bathroom was very nasty, the shower had brown/greenish goop in it! The air in the room did not work and the room was unbearably hot. The manager was rude once we asked about air in the room not working we asked about switching rooms and was rudely told that they will just refund me and leave my family and I with nowhere to stay! I wouldn't recommend to anyone! this hotel was a 0/10”

“We were given room #422 during our 2 night stay that was recently renovated according to the check in desk however, upon entering the bathroom the sliding shower doors were off the track. We immediately contact the front desk and a maintenance person did a poor a very poor job fixing the issue. In fact, my inquired how a recently renovated room did not include replacement of what appeared to be very aged slinding shower doors and we was informed by the maintenance person that the shower was……
