「It was okay. No hot water You could feel the springs in mattress Staff were great 」

「This hotel is very beautiful ,my fiance and I loved how nicely decorated the place is. It has an exotic and luxurious feel to it. The grounds are meticulously kept and the rooms are clean . The staff were kind and very polite . We highly recommend this place and next time I visit Tanzania this will be my first choice to get a room.」

「Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist sehr vorteilhaft. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bad großzügig und alles funktionstüchtig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man gleich vor dem Hotel. Das Personal habe ich sehr unterschiedlich wahrgenommen. Einige sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, andere reagierten kaum bis gar nicht auf Ansprache.」

「The hotel is very closedd to airport. Just 5mins by taxi. Hot water for bath is avaliable in daytime. Free Wifi is provided. 」

「when I made check in I was given opprrunity to choose between 2 rooms but at the check out the hotel manager insisted that I need to pay more than what the price was because they upgraded me. I did not pay eventually but had a bad feeling about this try. The internet is very slow, the hotel is very far from the center of the town.」

「Advertises spa lounge, restaurant and bar and river views - absolutely none of the above. Fridge behind reception with beer and a sofa in front of it. You have to eat in your room off a desk. Initially we’re told we weren’t allowed to stay together and then they allowed it within the same sentence. Tried to downgrade the room from what we paid for. Bathroom handle broken off inside the bathroom so you couldn’t shut or lock the door. Only 1 pillow in the room. Wobbly desk which they fixed...

「They could not find my booking and said they are booked but managed to find a room. The restaurant service is super slow ended up leaving and going to KFC as no 1 came to take my order after handing me a menu. Music on xmas day was super load 」
