“We arrived late in the evening after a long day of travel and the staff greeted us with a cold towel and fresh cold juice. The entire building is very beautiful and clean, you notice it before you even walk in the front door, and each room is just as beautiful.
The bed was very comfortable with high quality bed sheets.
The breakfast was amazing too! With many options from buffett or the menu. (The banana pancakes were the best I have tried)

“Hardware: the hotel is classic as a colonial style, good condition and spacious.
Software: reception and the welcome manager are nice and friendly. They gave us a lot of local visit advices and logistic suggestion, even though we didn’t choose to use their service.
It is convenience to take taxi (US$1) to the centre for dinning, by walk is 30 mins.”
“Good location. Nearby for restaurants and mini mart. Local breakfast is much delicious. it charge not too much for our late check-out. Our son dropped accidentally and hurt his ear, friendly staff help to contact clinic nearby, especially thanks to manager- Mr. Anh Dung that help to go to clinic to register number for us. We appreciate for it !”

“Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på detta stilfulla hotel. Vi bokade en natt men stannade fyra. Beläget strax utanför stan är det en grön oas där man hör fåglarna sjunga. Stora rum med genomtänkta detaljer, vackert badrum med härligt badkar. Poolen på 25 meter var otrolig och omgivningen så vacker. Service och all personal är både trevliga, kunniga och nyfikna på sina gäster vilket var roligt och vi fick prata och träffa många i det härliga teamet. Bra mat i restaurangen och missa inte alla……

"We stayed at Water Pool Villa for two nights, I don’t think this is a five-star resort.
Don’t stay if you scared of insects, insects are everywhere, they fly to your food, your bed, your pool, your mouth.
The facilities are just okay, kind of tiring. The kids club is quite terrible, no AC even it’s in 35 Degree Celsius. Spa is okay, not impressive.
The buggy service definitely made the worst experience and ruined our day on our departure. It came too late leaving us no time for the buffet breakfast in the restaurant. The staff managed to send us takeaway breakfast boxes, however, they taste awful. "
