“Big clean room, good aircon and hot water. Breakfast is good and the pool is very nice. It's close to the imperial city by walk. When booking it says there is a gym but really the gym is in Duy Tan hotel which is close and free to use. We were not told this on the first day though, the receptionist on the first day just said "no gym" when I said I had seen it on the pictures when booking. The rest of the receptionists were very nice and helpful.”

“Poor!!!Hygiene is poor, the used clothes did not change and renew. We, 3 people, only have 2 big towels, 2 medium towels and 2 face towels. No renewal of our USED towels!!! Very poor and disgusting. The air-conditioner was damnly crap, we were sweating at room with turning the air-conditioner at the lowest degree!!! The breakfast was disgusting, no air-conditioning at breakfast lounge. The breakfast area is just next to the entrance with a lot of flies to share meals with you!!! Booked 2 nights,……

“Hotellet er under renovation, så der er en masse larm fra kl.07. Der udover er ekstremt lyt, så lyt at man kan høre at hvad der bliver sagt inden ved siden af og når der bliver børstet tænder. Senge er hårde som sten, morgenmaden er elendig, badeværelset samt håndklæder var beskidte og hotellet er hverken helt eller halvt færdigt. Personalet er super søde og hjælpsomme og selve lokationen er perfekt. Jeg ville dog ikke anbefale det til andre”

“宿の方はとても親切です。シャワーは温かく、水量もあります。キッチンはあるけど使えませんでした。ドミトリーに泊まりましたが、足が痒くなり、眠れませんでした。蚤かダニがいると思われます。”

“Really an amazing place!!! Brand new, top European style. The room was big and so was the bathroom. Best option in the city so far. The staff doesn't speak much English, need to use google translator to communicate. But they try their best to help you out. There is free drinking water also.”
