「The owner to whom hotels.com confirmed our visit (paid in advance) did not bother to inform the local staff so nothing was prepared… there is nothing with regards to food and beverage, luckily the staff were outstanding! 」

「Location is great, directly across from SM Mall of Gensen, that means many food options. The room design and deco is a little old, but clean, the desk lamp didn't work in my room, it keeps flickering, but i just had it off, so there wasn't an issue. Breakfast was good, next to the pool. 」
