「Had a great time. This is my paternal grandfather's hometown. Great location, helpful staff. You need new pool cues! The tops are all broken. Had a great time. The old city was magical!」

「Well-maintained hotel with ample parking. Very attractive, modernly furnished, and well-kept contemporary room with en-suite bathroom facilities.」

「Except from some tiny issues, the hotel is really wonderful. Receptionists are extremely friendly and very helpful. Hotel' restaurant is serving very good foods, location is only 5-7 mins walk from train station. Beautiful river view from window, free beverages and fruits is really a plus! 「What a beautiful hidden gem! The pool, hot tubs and saunas were amazing to enjoy. And with large towels and robes provided you feel like a VIP. The room was gorgeous, with a beautiful balcony view of the garden. The staff was so amazing and helpful and truly went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our short stay. I’m also usually very picky about hotel cleanliness and despite it being an older building - it was beautiful and clean and everything felt new. What a perfect stay」

「A wonderful stay! Although the hotel is located near the highway, it was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly charming. The room and bedding were spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. As there was a short staircase to access the room, a member of the front desk team kindly helped us carry our luggage upstairs, which we really appreciated. Excellent service and great hospitality. We would happily stay here again.」

「I was very impressed with the hotel reception, nice decoration and the room is comfy, big and clean. 」

「check in was fast and hazzle free. The Vietnamese lady at the front desk is exceptionally cheerful and helpful.Breakfast is also good. This is my second time in this hotel and will come back again.」
