“Lamentablemente no pude disfrutar nada por el enojo de haber hecho reservacion con Hoteles.com para esta estadía de dos días. Y al llegar al Hotel me toco pagar de nuevo, y ya no me quede 2dias sino solo esa niche”

The staff were very attentive to our arrival, our stay was very warm with good breakfasts and excellent service. It's close to Antigua and made transportation very easy. I loved the hotel, highly recommended.”

“El cuarto 108 tenía olor a moho, el aire no se pudo controlar y el recepcionista dijo que era que las baterías estaban bajas , que regresaría y no regreso y pasé con un aire infuncional, por eso le puse 4, porque en si fue muy amable en su trato , y aunque salí a las 2.45 am me dieron el desayuno empacado ( muy buen. Punto.).”

“I reserved at private room w/ bath at this hotel because very close to airport and free shuttle for my early flight the in morning. When I arrived, the only room was a shared bath with a family. Yes, they provided a room at another of their hotels, but it was farther away and I had to pay for my transport to the airport. The staff at their other hotel were very nice, but the room and location not so great. No hot water, nothing close by to walk to.”

“Estaba muy lindo, muy limpio, tranquilo todo, en una zona segura, la casa (porque es una casa adaptada) muy bonita. El joven que me atendió muy amable y muy accesible. El único detalle es que las paredes son muy delgadas, se escucha todo y por el precio, un baño compartido no es lo ideal. Aun asi el baño estuvo bien. Sin ningun inconveniente.”

“A very nice stopover place close to the airport, about 8 mins walk, may not be safe after dark, but alright in daylight. The shuttle from airport is not free like some airport hotels in most of other countries. But the driver will hold a board with your name waiting for you. Breakfast was cooked beautifully but pancake come with no butter no maple syrup. ”

“Really loved my room. Very spacious. Bathroom was GORGEOUS. One of the few hotels with AC. Staff went above and beyond. Was not aware the breakfast was included until they told me the day I checked out lol. The pool was under construction, and there was never anyone at the bar, so I didn’t get to enjoy the amenities. It was also VERY noisy at night because of the “bombas” — I couldn’t sleep very well the first few days, but I got used to it. It was about a 14-min drive into the city; very……

“I recently stayed at Hotel Tejar in Guatemala. Overall, my experience was okay, though it was a bit different from what I was expecting. The location was convenient, and the staff were courteous. However, there are a few areas that could benefit from some improvements to enhance guest comfort and overall experience. With a few updates, I believe this hotel has better potential to offer an even better stay in the future.”
