“The staff was great, food was delicious, pools were all dirty, shower inside the room very bad, some plugs were broken. This place really need a good update of the facility. The place is beautiful but need URGENT UPDATES. Tv does not work properly and wifi get disconnected on and off which is bad specially if you want to watch something or work online with a laptop while vacationing .”

“Very nice experience. The host was excellent and service was excellent. Only drawback is that the domes show a little ware and tare. And also it was very difficult to get to this location without a 4x4 vehicle. The roads are not paved and extremely steep. We almost didn't make it. We all had to dismount the vehicle and drive it up the road with no passengers. The breakfast was excellent.”

“This is a nice hotel in general. However, nothing worked. We made the staff aware that we couldn't use the tv, they said they'd check it out. They never came. The shower wasn't functioning as it should have been. The safe in the room did not work. There was never anyone at the front desk.”

The bungalow is beautiful, nicely decorated and the concept of the property overall is just amazing, surrounded by nature, birds and clean air. “Upon arrival at 1:30pm, the pool had not been cleaned. The server/ wait staff took too long to acknowledge their guests. They all disappeared into the kitchen. The tv in the room did not work - problems with the internet. Only amenity in the bathroom was a trial size bar of soap. Definitely not staying there again. ”
