「Lovely hotel close to the base of Mt. Ararat! Was that Noah’s Ark I saw on the giant ledge toward the summit of the mountain? You’ll have to go there to find out!」

「The hotel was good and clean but their policy for checking in was a bit strange. They insisted on taking all passports and keeping a copy. This was particularly difficult after a long trip with kids and a large group. We had to wait a long time for everyone to arrive and hand over their passports. The staff were slow and didn’t seem to consider our situation with sleeping children.」

「Wir hatten reserviert für 3 Personen. Als wir ankamen, hat uns eine sehr gelangweilte und unfreundliche Dame empfangen. Haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt. Als wir ins Zimmer kamen bemerkten wir, dass das 3. Bett noch nicht gemacht war. Es war so vorzufinden wie vom letzten Gast hinterlassen. Nachdem wir es ihr mitteilten, überzog sie zwar das Bett neu, geputzt war das Zimmer aber nicht (Dusche, ect.). War unser erster Tag in Armenien, hat einen sehr schlechten ersten Eindruck gemacht.」

En revanche, de nombreux équipements hors service rendent le séjour très inconfortable : il fait 27°C dans les chambres, la nuit, en mars-avril, car ils ont tendance à surchauffer l’hôtel et qu’il n’y a pas de climatisation de refroidissement. En outre, le système d’ouverture des fenêtres dans plusieurs chambres est défectueux, ce qui fait qu’il est impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres de manière à aérer et refroidir efficacement la...

「Staff was attentive and nice. Breakfast was lovely. Pool was excellent - clean and warm and the surrounding area had heated floors! My only issue was the bigger bed being a combination of two small beds put together and not one solid mattress.」

「This hotel is an excellent choice for families looking for a quiet and peaceful stay. My only suggestion is regarding the double bed, which was quite small for two adults. I would recommend upgrading to standard-size double beds to make guests’ stay more comfortable」

「The staff was very very friendly and helps you with all Kind of Problems. A very clean place and the breakfast was easy but awesome. At the day i had to leave early,they wait for me and made me extra a doggy bag. Very very kind.」

「The staff was helpful and kind and the room clean, but there was visible water damage on the hallway wall outside the room, the shower didn’t drain well and there were missing shelves in the bathroom. Also, the website says free parking, but that’s just street parking, of which there is none in the middle of the day and the street is a nightmare to drive down. It is an excellent location is you just plan to walk, however.」
