「I’ve never given a bad review of a hotel I’m staying at over 500 nationwide. Problems happen from time to time and I understand that and always give the hotel a chance to make it right. Our carpet in our room was wet and soaked all of our belongings by morning, the fridge didn’t stay cold and all of our groceries were warm by morning. Was assured the ‘manager’ would call me to discuss but haven’t heard anything. Whole place smelled of mildew. Unfortunate experience.」

「Considering the inflated cost of your hotel rooms, you really need to invest in new beds and pillows. Probably the worst I've ever slept on. Don't even get me started on the breakfast. How can anyone mess up breakfast? I ordered the pancakes and had to send them back because they were essentially raw in the middle. The new pancakes weren't done either. I told our waitress that I couldn't eat them. She said she would take them off our bill and that I could help myself at the buffet, no charge....
