「We ordered takeaway breakfast for our date of departure as we had to catch an early flight. The order was confirmed by email and at check in by the front desk staff. However, due to an internal communication error, the order was not communicated to the kitchen and we were left without any breakfast. We however saw the front desk staff when checking with the kitchen took the opportunity to make herself a ham and cheese sandwich and did not offer it to us. 「Brilliant stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfy. We had tea & coffee making facilities and a smeg fridge in our room. Shower was excellent with lovely warm underfloor heating. Breakfast was a huge choice. The hotel was very central and quiet. We stayed for new year and had dinner on the very top floor which had panoramic views of the spectacular firework display. 「優點： 1.位置極佳 2.浴室空間寬敞，且暖氣充足 缺點： 1.膠囊咖啡機裡前房客用過的膠囊卡在咖啡機內，於是我喝到用別人用過的咖啡膠囊泡出來的咖啡。然後浴室暖氣後方還卡著別人用完的捲筒衛生紙的捲軸 2.我住五晚，不想room cleaning，但房內只給我兩小條洗頭兼洗澡的沐浴乳 3.櫃檯經常沒人，如果無法註冊app, 本該順暢省時的checkin花更多時間聯絡找人，然後用櫃檯上的電話找人幫忙提供房間密碼，連三次在我第一句話都還沒講完就直接放音樂把我put on hold 4. 不確定能否寄放行李, 因為櫃檯常常沒人，也沒明講櫃檯開放時間，為避免check in臨時聯絡不到人的狀況再發生，所以我直接放棄寄放行李，以免行李拿不出來，如果有較多需要人員協助的需求，這裡是個不確定性略高的住宿選擇。 」
