“The view was beautiful, definitely made the stay extra special!”

“The staff was pleasant. The property needs a lot of improvements. Looks nothing like the pictures on Expedia. The room wasn't cleaned the entire 2 weeks we were there. We only got clean towels. The toilet had mold under the rim. The smoke detector had tape over where the detector should be. There was black stuff around the bathroom floor.”

“Never seen a continental breakfast. Carpet was not vacuumed, had to ask for towels, refrigerator/freezer was caked with ice, and the toilet did not flush well at all, tissue kept coming back into toilet. When reported to the office, they said just keep flushing it, it will eventually go down.”

“Room 128 was musty smelling. Bathroom has rust stains, cracked/missing caulking, room floor has chips/gaps at the wall. Peeling paint, water stains in closet ceiling area. Room needs to be updated. Hoping I can attach some photos to show. Water has to be getting behind the walls of the shower. Was only passing through and only stayed for a quick night. If I was staying multiple nights, I would have asked for a different room. Travel this route regularly. Will definitely try another place……

“The place is under construction with the windows covered in plastic. My son said it looked like the plastic Dexter used on the floors when killing someone. The bathroom was not clean and had mold in it. While the water pressure and temperature were good, the tile was very slippery as it got very wet from condensation and spray. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well.”

“Upon check in, the owner told me I needed to pay an additional $40 for a third person. I stated that I didn’t realize they charged for kids. The owner then questioned me about their ages to the point I offered to show my son’s drivers license. Then, when entering my room after check in my kids discovered dead bugs on the floor. They were very upset and concerned the room was not clean. I went to the office and spoke with the owner. He came immediately and picked up the bugs and said it was no……

“Management runs a very tight ship . The young lady at the desk, forgive my absent mind I forgot her name. I know she’s been there six years. Superb at what she does. And our house keeping staff went above and beyond.”

“Those house keeping staff was second to none. Friendly, eager to help, Winter , I may have that name wrong. The little blonde who was pregnant . She was an expert of where to go and what to do. If I was a wealthy man I’d have bought her a truck. Rose and I adore the house keeping staff at Red Roof Inn Crossville”
